The 3rd Annual Lakeshore Harvest Country - Family Farm Fest! Farms along the Lake Michigan shoreline are offering the public an opportunity to view farm life in operation. There will be wagon rides, cider & wine-tasting, u-pick, farm animals up close and demonstrations of fruit harvesting. Also, kid-friendly games, crafts and a farm-based photo contest. Quilters and crafters will enjoy the quilt trail, featuring quilt blocks sprinkled through out the country side. Vegetables, fruits, jams, honey, wine and syrups will be available for purchase. A u-pick of blueberries, raspberries and some peaches. Start at any Farm Site on the tour.
