Join us on a culinary excursion to Vietnam with Chef Christine Ferris.
$75/pp - includes champagne, wine, meal, tax and tip. Reservations are required. Reservations accepted starting Feb 1st.
Each table with a few condiments, including our own Sambal, Hot Chili-Garlic Sauce, and fresh baked sweet yeast rolls with butter
FIRST COURSE
Fresh Spring roll – with tea smoked duck breast, fresh Asian herbs, bean sprouts, carrots, greens, and Ginger-Plum sauce
Pinot Grigio 2010
SECOND COURSE
Caramel simmered shrimp – shrimp simmered in a caramel sauce with lemongrass, chilies, and fish sauce; then served on a bed of cellophane noodles with red pepper, cilantro, jicama, and chili garnish
Riesling Reserve 2010
THIRD COURSE
Skewered pork meatballs (Nha Trang Nem Nuong) – ground pork flavored with garlic, fried shallots and herbs, then skewered and grilled on a hardwood fire.
Served with peanut sauce on a bed of charred baby Bok Choy.

Beef Stew (Thtt Bo Kho) – a rich, sweet and spicy stew of tender beef braised with lemongrass, ginger, cinnamon, curry, garlic, tomato, and star anise over jasmine rice

Individual Pavlova – little meringue nests filled with key lime mousse,
topped with passion fruit, kiwi, berries, and mint

The cost is $75pp, which includes tax and tip. Space is limited, so reservations are required and are accepted beginning March 1. A brief cellar tour is offered at 6:00 followed by Sparkling wines and assorted cheeses at 6:30, and the dinner begins at 6:50
