Mark your calendar from July 29 to August 7, 2011 for a week of fantastic festival fun, celebration, and tradition as we honor the men and women of the United States Coast Guard.
Entertainment and family fun!
Every day is packed with activities, events, and attractions for all ages. Many activities are free, and you will find plenty of fun and choices from Kid's Day to the Street Dance and Cruise-In Car Show, to carnival rides, picnics, parades, and ship tours.
There's so much to do we've listed everything for you on the schedule page. What ever you choose to do this week, we hope you join us on the final night of the festival when we light up the town of Grand Haven and its waterfront with our glorious Fireworks Extravaganza.

Celebrating the men and women of the United States Coast Guard.
The United States Coast Guard has a long and prestigious history in Grand Haven and around the world. We are excited to host Coast Guard dignitaries, returning sailors, and retirees. We will honor them throughout the week as well as members of the Coast Guard Auxillary who've passed away in the last year. We invite you to learn and discover more on the Walk of Coast Guard History. Brochures are available the lobby at the Grand Haven Coast Guard Festival headquarters.

With the festival's history going back 87 years, we hear stories of how generation after generation of families have gathered together to enjoy the Coast Guard Festival. Heartwarming stories are memories preserved, and we invite you to share your stories and photos with us.
