The Red Barn Theater’s film series continues Feb. 7 with the outrageous comedy "No Time for Sergeants," which marked the 1958 screen debut of Andy Griffith as Will Stockdale, a hillbilly who outslicks the entire U.S. Air Force. Contemporary filmgoers will recognize a bit of Forrest Gump in Stockdale, the hayseed inductee.
Join host John Hardy at 7 p.m. in front of The Big Screen at The Red Barn, 3657 63rd St. at Blue Star Hwy., Saugatuck, about a quarter mile east of Exit 41 off of I-196. Suggested donation is $5.
